Our gallery section is divided
into four categories, and a currrent projects & stop press area, either
choose an area of interest or browse them all …
insects:
one of our favourite subjects, over the years we have
made spiders, dragonflies, centipedes, beetles and many other species. some
are very large and only suitable for garden display whilst others sit easily
within the home.
public projects:
influenced by local heritage, culture and often the
art nouveau period. we feel ownership by the community is an essential part
of the sculpture as well as a connection to nature.
working process:
includes forging, sheet metalworking, sinking/raising of the metal, repousse,
gas and mig welding. heritage work is created by forming 3d relief whereas
organic sculpture is from detailed study of the subject.
workshops:
we run many local workshops especially for school children,
usually held within the school itself they encourage the children to learn
about practical skills and their relationship with art forms.
current events,
news & links: in
this area you can see our latest projects in progress, be aware about where
our next exhibition may be and take a look at locations where you can view
and/or purchase some of our sculptures.
